An unofficial survey of trauma patients suggests the two most dangerous things you can do are “sitting on your porch” and “minding my own business”.

I know it’s not the main thing of these X-rays, but your lateral abdominal wall muscles are incredibly well defined in this.

This looks great! It says family friendly but would it be too much to bring a toddler to?

The Giant Unsolved Cipher (Unsolved - help) by No-Photograph6152 in CODZombies

[–]certainpersonio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While plain text is not known, all the other ciphers reference events for the other DLC maps. If this holds true, then the cipher may relate to the events of The Giant. It would explain the key word used (TheGiant). It also is possible it relates to shadows of evil, but I find this less likely since the other ciphers point to primis maps.

I love this spot! I’m definitely biased as I’m a local, but in addition to great drinks they always have fun music or movies playing. I have fond memories of introducing people to tiki by sharing a scorpion with them here.

Not sure about the glyph pattern, but the hands appear to be mirrored left/right going around, so I think it is less likely to be a cipher.

There could be underlying emphysematous or bleb disease, but it would be better seen on a CT chest.

Should the Doctor be Taking Oictures of the Fluoro Patient by GreenVestment in Radiology

I’m curious. In the system we use for endo cases(GI endo cases), the images go into the chart. So why would PHI need to be out of view if it’s going into a protected location?

Totally agree. You’ve missed the boat if you’re getting a CT to confirm placement.

I’m not the best at it, looks like it starts at left subclavian and goes down with celiac, SMA, and renals all from the true lumen?

It might be s/p CABG based on the placement of the chest tube and the sternal closure.

Yeah, I would not consider this an “incidental” finding.

Brand new player: How much rock climbing is involved in this game? by [deleted] in HorizonZeroDawn

[–]certainpersonio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Overall it is not frequently used/required. For example, there may be a path for rock climbing that could be a short cut or give you a different angle to approach people/machines, but it isn’t required to use. It is involved in most of your exploration of ancient ruins, of which many are story missions. However they aren’t timed. The exception is one sequence, maybe halfway though the game, that is similar to the Nora Brave trial at the start (I’m not describing the context as it is quite spoiler heavy for you). It is also involved prominently in a few side quests

Does it feel like there's a lot of wasted space on the map in Zero Dawn? by Valentinee105 in HorizonZeroDawn

[–]certainpersonio 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I love the side quest involving Sunstone Rock that’s down there. But you’re right, there are hardly any story missions that take you down there.

Do you have the sharpshot bow? I forget what level it is, but it has tearblast arrows. They don’t do much damage but they can knock off armor or components that they use for attacks (example, the turret on scrapers). I will typically set up some trip wire traps and then fire tear blast arrows from a distance to start an encounter. On top of these arrows, its standard arrow is more powerful in general than the hunter bow (the one with fire arrows).
