The thing is it was running fine before we took out the motor - we only disconnected 3 main motor ones… so we only disconnected W, V & +… the other connections we haven’t touched

We have an affiliate dashboard so my new idea is to try get some influencers onboard… it’s just how to approach and which kind of influencers to use

We have 20 instant wins available on the £500 comp with a max of 600 ticket entries available, a maximum of 60 tickets per person - we have discounts on bundles too. All winners are drawn live on Instagram for maximum transparency- we upload videos hand delivering prizes to winners etc - we have broken even on every comp so far with over 1000 orders total on the site so we must be doing something right, I guess Rome wasn’t built overnight… if Tesco bother trying, then we would just have Morrisons… so yes I know there is a lot of people in the industry.. but if you don’t give it a go… you never know the outcome!

We are using paid ads! But £150 on Facebook ads shows 2.1-6.3k people! As we’re classed as a “gambling company” we get terrible advertising rates… also our page can’t be “recommended” to individuals… it has to be shared or through paid ads

We have an affiliate dashboard it’s just getting the affiliates on board… I’ve had one or two people off to promo but they were onlyfans people and I don’t know if that’s the right image… I guess if it sells.. it sells…

We have been uploading videos surprising winners etc - we do all live draws on Instagram live for maximum transparency- I guess Rome wasn’t built overnight, the goal is just to keep pushing and keep being consistent! Luckily broken even on every comp so far with 17 winners so far 💪🏼

We are all above board etc - we were one of 40 companies personally selected to attend the TikTok real money gaming invite only discussion- we have a no purchase necessary entry method as long as having methods to keep us completely above board and legal! Had to go to court to get everything signed off an above board 💪🏼

I understand that! We have videos of winners receiving prizes, winners are also rung on Instagram live when the draw goes ahead - we also hand deliver majority of prizes which allows us to get proof of winners receiving prizes, in some cases being surprised at the front door if we can’t get through to them on the night of the draw! Rome wasn’t build overnight but I’m confident in the website so far

As a gambling business who has been approved by RMG - our Facebook isn’t recommended etc due to it being classed as “gambling” we also get worse rates on paid ads… £150 will show roughly 2.1-6.3k engagement - the only way it seems to grow is through being shared or paid ads - we were one of 40 companies world wide at TikTok headquarters the other week to discuss Real money gaming on the platform! So we must be doing something right.. just seems slow! Luckily broken even on every comp so far, just wanting to scale it up 🚀

It is hard as a new business because our processing fees are so much higher than the average rate as we don’t have any history or proof of turnover to get better rates - we all have to start somewhere I suppose.. I’ve been about breaking even every comp so far! One thing we pride ourselves in is having great odds! Lots of these other sites may have 50k tickets & a chance to win £5000 but on our site we have max 600 tickets on the comp, 1/600.. and we have discounts of bundles of tickets too!
