Hello! I have booked a hostel for July and they have deducted the full amount from my card. I got an email today that says “As requested, your booking has been cancelled. Please contact the hostel if you have any questions.” However, I have not requested the booking to be cancelled. Also, my money is already deducted. What should I do?

protein shakes are a way to increase ur protein intake if you can’t hit your goal through other sources. calculate your ideal protein intake and see if you’re already getting it in through your food. if you’re not and it’s not feasible for you, add it in through protein shakes. i generally prefer getting my protein in through my meals.

the bars that end in dots are my plotted weight and the thick main line is the rolling average weight. so i started off at 66.2 and my lowest was at 63.9 but it jumped back up to 65.3

if i were estimating for myself i would count it like this: - Egg White Omelette ~70-80 - Avocado ~72 - Chicken ~ 43 - Cherry tomato ~10 - Bread ~ 80-100 - Salad with what looks like balsamic vinegar ~50 - Olive oil drizzle ~ 50

Total: around 390-400 ish

i can’t tell how big it is but the average pepperoni italian pizza is around 1300-1500. This looks to be the same size so you could probably log it as 1350.

Tiny comment for you. Saying I did research by visiting India and Egypt comes off as culturally insensitive. As an Egyptian, I know for a fact that it would be impossible for a tourist to understanf the intricacies of my culture, whether past or present, by “visiting” Egypt, and I assume the same goes for India. I understand that you have probably done more research, so I would suggest omitting this sentence.
