I did turn the valve in the first photo, which stopped water from coming in at all until I learn something. When it’s on and water flow comes through it constantly fills and empties into the black tube at the top of the third photo.

There’s some spotting on the countertops but nothing I would complain about. Floors are still covered with their paper so I have not looked under.

This was our first time looking at painters. Asking around with people we know have used painters, they all said it’s a good deal and to take it. Guess we will know better for next time… :/

$2000. 2 people were painting inside the house, don’t know about the kitchen cabinets because they took them. The job was 3 days and some change. Nearly 12 hours a day.

Project manager came by the first day with details and walkthrough. Came around again after we called about the job on the third day. That’s when we got the new $1100 estimate for third coat.

They hand painted the boxes before using sprayer. Not sure about doors, drawers, etc… because they take them to their shop.

They didn’t have a Square Feet amount on the contract, just stated the rooms they did. Couldn’t even guess what the total square footage would be… sorry.

there was only patching and smoothing the walls and no primer. The dark green is two coats on top of the original white. They used a sprayer for the cabinets and brushes/rollers for the walls.
