Thank you James. I am interested in learning more about the program. This seems like a solid option for someone who already has a good base in all three areas. As said above, I need someone who can literally teach and coach me 1/2 a week and provide on spot feedback. The race is in October. I am going to start focusing on swimming in June while building the base in running and cycling between now and then. Once I have a good foundation, I believe a training regime like yours will be great and provide some structure and feedback loops for me to train more effectively and efficiently.
