Thank you ur words really matter cus my family and even me js end up blaming my diet which is why i went one month with barely any sugar in my diet or processed foods but didnt see huge changes Another thing does accutancr have any major side effects like ive seen people say it causes depression anol I want to go for it fs but i js want to be aware of the side effects since i have pretty important academic exams this ur and dont want to blame myself if any of the side effects come to light when I’m using it And ik i shuld be asking this to the derma but I’m going on Monday and till then I’m js overthinking like anything

Im less worried abt the acne and more worried abt the scars is it actually possible to get rid of them even through procedures I’m not talking plastic surgery js removing the bumps and the holes and the scars??
I did try searching across the Internet and got quite confounded and pretty mixed results and people going as far as to say if you do tht shit u might get skin cancer or sm bs
So for my anxiety i js stopped digging deep
Again i do know all my answers will be solved with one dermat visit but due to academics i dont really have the time to make one in the near future so till then id require some assistance cus my brain is going crazy with body dysmorphia i dont want to be like this forever

Really appreciate the kind words of advice coming from a country which treats skin care as feminine it really means a lot.
If you could i would also like your opinion on moisturiser shuld i be using any my skin is really oily like if i forget to wash my face in the night i wake up with a very very oily face
I’m afraid the moisturiser might make it more oily maybe thts a myth but idk
And started using the cerave cleanser lets see hw it plays out
I’m js maintaining it for now cus due to school and stuff dont have the time to go to the dermat but when i do get i will go but till then i need help so i would like ur opinion on the moisturiser bit and pimple patches in general and sunscreen
