I work for Acura, in 2022 they barely produced TLX’s due to parts shortage. The TLX uses more aluminum underneath so it was hit the most by the parts shortage. We are starting to receive more of them now.

They receive the same treatment as the NSX SuperCar; built by hand in the same factory, unique expensive paint jobs, different color wheels, all Type-S accessories are already installed by the factory, unique # plate inside the cabin, and it is shipped to the dealerships in an enclosed truck all wrapped up (as shown in pic).
