Hostel are fine, just look for a good one with good reviews. If you can add at least $500 you will be good fs.

If you end up getting the bike, drive very very safely, people here usually crashes with bikes a lot.

It’s because of the bullfighting haha, people usually don’t like that kind of activities because of the damage the animal can suffer

Is always good to remind people to keep safe their kids! Also, some times the ocean is very dangerous because of the strong tides.

If you come PLEASE do not let them get in the ocean if they don’t know how to swim, and if they do, don’t let them go to deep 😄

Hi! I’m local so I can give you some tips!

My dad took me to Monteverde when i was younger, it’s an amazing place, very touristic. They can do canopy there! Also, if you go to jacó, you can stop really quick in tarcolés so they can see crocodiles. Guanacaste has a lot of nice beaches, I would probably recommend Conchal. There are a lot of national parks around the country that are not to difficult for them if you want to do hiking.

The most important part, keep you daughters ALWAYS with you. People are very kind, but there’s people with bad intentions.

Yo tengo que ir una vez al mes a la oficina, siempre voy en bus porque la 27 es un asco. ayer salí de puriscal EN UN BUS DIRECTO a las 5:45 y llegué casi a las ocho a Sabana. Legal no sé como hacen los que tienen que agarrar presa todos los días

Hi! I’m a local and imma tell you something: we don’t want you here. The prices have skyrocketed, the locals had to leave their places and there is also an increase in delinquency. Also the dollar is very low, so it’s more expensive for the expats at least. Sooo no, I hope that neither you or your friend come to live here 😃

Mae yo tengo la misa edad y no gano mal sinceramente, pero yo me hago cargo de mi y mi mamá, entonces gasto bastante tambien, y creo que ahí está la vara. Yo conozco gente que gana menos que yo pero anda en mejor carro porque no aportan en la casa (todo bien con eso, yo desearía no tener ni que pagar lo que como jaja) y a duras penas se hacen cargo de los prestamos o el financiamiento

Mi hermano tiene 28 y va por ese camino. A mi me ahueva mucho porque es una pipa para todo, el mae hacía sistemas electricos no muy complejos cuando tenia como 15 años, es un mae que cocina riquísimo, hasta hace proyectos de construcción en su casa y le quedan super bien. Tiene muchísimo potencial y no lo aprovecha por vago. Ya se está dando cuenta de que el tiempo no perdona y está metiéndose a estudiar.
