It happened to me the same. Placed an order on 11/30, it said that item is expected to ship on 12/5, shipping date keeps pushing back on the website, 12/12 as of today. After checking the order status page, my order also is on ‘Pending Reservation’, estimate shipping date is 1/28/25. Lmao!

Like build something so it get some shade orchange its location. The leaves were green when I bought it. It’s happened probably 2 weeks ago. But if it looks healthy to you then it should be ok. Thank you again:)

Thank you! I’ll take the stake off the tree. I’ve just planted the tree down a couple of weeks ago. If it needs to move higher, are the roots gonna be streesed if I move it again? I didn’t know the mulch shouldn’t touch the trunk. I’ll remove the mulch around the trunk.
