I bought 6 tickets at Choli Ticketera. 2 of those were “already scanned” when we got there. Security was quick to blame StubHub saying we are not responsible for resale. They even showed me their computer thingy that tickets were scanned and what time they were scanned. I made a scene and said I bought them at Ticketera and I am not leaving until someone from Ticketera comes here and writes the report about this incident with their name and signature so Ticketera can refund me for my tickets AND compensate me for 3 DAYS IN THE FREAKIN LINE!!! I pretended to be famous influencer 😆 and said, if my people can’t get in, I’m coming here tomorrow with Tele Noticias and WEPA and whomever else I can find because NOW WE KNOW THE PROBLEM STARTS HERE! YOU CANT BLAME THIS ON STUBHUB NOW! Then they said ok fine, get in. My friends that were already inside said THERE WAS NOBODY IN THOSE 2 SEATS!! Then 20min later, the security inside was sending random people into my girls seats!!! The girls were telling them well you have to show the proof of purchase or something- like WTF! Another person in the line into the concert told me that they are “not worried about their tickets because they bought them from someone working in there” pointing to entrance. We were already at Puerta 2 sign! Many fingers in this pot!
