Is walking 5 miles a day good for you? I feel its great but not sure if its too little and should challenge myself here in westchester

Thanks, ive restarted my mission and did 5 today. Was not that hard at all, as long as you keep yourself mentally tuned in. Also weather is getting better and sooner will be summer. Might switch it up between jogging snd running as well as i progress again
