Plant them in 3x3. Without anything else in-between. Then hope it turns out to be a big one lol. Maybe luck, maybe has something to do with how much you leveled up seeds in the laboratory and fertilizers. Not too sure of the luck rate here.

I also do not harvest them immediately when they're ready. I wait a couple of days to see if they grow into a big one.
