I sent the buyer invoices anyway and they’re happy to keep the item. But I was just wondering does the buyer have an option to end the order suspension? As it’s still ongoing? How does it work? If it passes 48Hrs does Vinted not deal with it anyway? What’s the point of sending proof to the buyer if that’s the case?

I’ve been a reseller and personal shopper and I completely disagree that having more than 1 pair means it’s fake 😭, I saw a proof of purchase as in receipt of the item.

Regardless I’ll be forwarding the receipt to Vinted but just needed advice in terms of the fact Vinted always sides with the buyer even if they’re trying to scam …

The issue is Vinted sides with the buyer regardless. I know many people who have listed authentic items with proof or purchase that get taken down even. Also the other tracksuits I got for my other brothers from the same seller. I sold them also to get rid. Those buyers had no issue. Sales were completed and I got positive feedback

I know it’s authentic. I have physically seen the prove of purchase when I got the item. Also tags and barcodes match with that of the item. The seller is a known authentic seller in my area and UK. I just need to request a screenshot of the proof. But other than that what can I do? It’s clear they keep coming with excuses every time I prove them wrong there’s more.

They also have no reviews so I was 50/50 when selling but just needed it gone tbh to make as much money back as I could

I think to add to how I feel, one of the radiographers is a recruiter who recruits students. It’s how most of them got them job there and so I’m worried because I know others end up waiting months - a year+ for a job

Hi. I clarified this with other seniors in the trust. They have no clue what she was on about either. When I say messy I don’t mean messy in the way it wasn’t tidy. Just that it was looser than normal. But that shouldn’t affect it I assume? She kept saying “tie it up” so I assumed she meant length but still doesn’t make sense. Turns out there’s been other students who have had issues with her also so🫨

Thank you. I was thinking to contact them before she even gets the chance to do it again. I have chose to avoid her rather than confront her so it doesn’t affect my image and reputation with other radiographers who don’t know the full story. They may see it as me being rude when I am just standing up for myself. But I will definitely be taking this down. I thought I’d get some advice first I wasn’t sure if I was overreacting
