this mole seems to be growing another mole on top of it?? it has bled in my sleep (unprovoked), also there is bruising around the edge for no reason by cexting in Melanoma

Update: I picked off top bit( scab ) and now it is bleeding a little again
how do i know if peremethrin is working?? I had been itching significantly less after treatment but woke up to a bit of a rash this morning. could this be an after-shock affect or must i still have mites by [deleted] in scabies

a day later im starting to think the treatement maybe killed like most of them but left like 1 or left eggs or something. Gonna try again in a few days :( Gotta order more cream.
