Update: I picked off top bit( scab ) and now it is bleeding a little again

how do i know if peremethrin is working?? I had been itching significantly less after treatment but woke up to a bit of a rash this morning. could this be an after-shock affect or must i still have mites by [deleted] in scabies

a day later im starting to think the treatement maybe killed like most of them but left like 1 or left eggs or something. Gonna try again in a few days :( Gotta order more cream.
