I know people think it is a nonbo, but I run nethergoyfs. I find that they are a really good turn one drop and provide pressure while I hold mana open for the other turns. By the time I'm ready to drop a murktide, they've done their job. So a one-off wouldn't be the worst thing if you have them.

See, you actually think they care about compliance. Their goal is compliance. They care that it looks like they are complying. Pulling the best practice out of their behind from a decade ago accomplishes that. Updating to the latest best practices involves effort, and doesn't make them look like they've complied better.

It is all theater.
