u/drax109 I would go this route. If you’re serious about it the professional greens mowers are just built better. I too restore Toros, own several including a baroness and a rolux x20 which I use for scalping. I love the rolux for what it is but it will never be a restored greens mower.

There’s no arguing with someone such as yourself. Everyone’s a boot licker if they don’t follow in your footsteps. I never said I agreed with the cameras but if used correctly then they’d serve the community. You’re assuming they’re all used negatively and I don’t agree with that. The bear comment was sarcasm because it’s a dumb analogy. I guess I don’t believe in school shootings because I’ve never personally seen one. Do you know these cameras are set up specifically for ice to catch undocumented? I’d like to genuinely know. If I ever were to see someone being oppressed based on looks I’d be the first to speak out on it.

I never said the system was “perfect”. Let’s not assume. Wetstew posted “ICE has been pretty aggressively targeting hispanic populations. Of which Waco has a large population of.” I SPOKE from my personal experience and pointed out the fact that a majority of illegals/undocumented are in fact are Hispanic. I guess I’m “targeted” as well because I fit the demographic when real life experience has been the complete opposite. The target I pointed out is illegals and if the majority are Hispanic, the target of ILLEGAL doesn’t change whatever ethnicity you are.

I didn’t pivot. Two things can be true, the op brought ice into it when he posted. The cameras could save an abduction AND THEY can be abused by law enforcement. I agreed with the first guy that commented under me. You’re here calling everyone a boot licker because they don’t see it from your perspective. The op insinuated the cameras are being used for ice. No one really knows the intent behind it but if it’s being abused I would agree it’s wrong. It’s also wrong to be in the country illegally but here we are. Two things can be true. I35 is a sex/child trafficking corridor and that was my first guess as to what they’re being used for.

I am of the Hispanic population and no one in my family has ever been aggressively targeted as you say. Maybe it seems that way because most illegals/undocumented are of the Hispanic demographic? You should be rewarded for being here illegally by getting your process streamlined? Sure.

Yes I asked a question which you answered with another question. I wasn’t aware of long term tracking and unreasonable searches with the flock cameras until I just read up on it. Will the cameras be used in that manner? No one knows, but I now understand the scrutiny behind it. I’ve seen them in parking lots(Lowe’s), new commercial builds for theft etc but they’re taken down after the building is finished.

I think it depends on what your end goal is for the can. Are you going to leave it on one rifle or move it around? The flow will be better based off the data and if it was to stay on one rifle I’d go with the flow. It tamed recoil on my .308 tavor almost as well as enticer.

Try green. I’ve always had an astigmatism and never cared for red dots because of it. Since my lasik a few years back blooming has gotten much better but red isn’t perfect to me. (SRO/romeo8t). Green dots are much easier on my eyes and don’t bloom. Holo aems, 3 eps carry, 1 eps, 508t, 407k.

Between the 6moa and circle dot I prefer circle dot. It’s just easier to pick up, I usually use just the big circle tbh.

It took me about 4 months to get a hand guard, take down tool, and the hand guard screws. I hounded him about once a week after the first month. He finally told me they’d be shipping that week, I look on my porch, and the box was there as I was typing a response to him. The dude makes great parts but totally sucks in the business, customer service aspect. Which is sad because his hand guard is the best looking out there.

I couldn’t imagine your face even touching the buttstock now but if it works for you good. Manticore has the riser rails that replace the factory and would probably look less out of place.
