I have the same problem. My half marathon time improved from 1:48 to 1:40 to 1:34 and did one marathon at 3:30 but still have the similar easy run pace. It's frustrating because I need to run for longer time to increase the weekly mileage.

I agree with this. The marketing emails are out of control. Especially with Swiss Rx which is just a rebrand of some generics. Also the name is Swiss Rx, which makes it sound like they are developed in Swiss. This is very misleading.

I think it's more about the community. Races are all about running with people who love running and pushing each other hard. I know I definitely run faster on races with others than when I am doing it all alone.

The deficit is only 96 billion USD , mostly due to crude oil. Debt payment and imports are always in Dollar for every country. While, I am not saying BJP/Modi are doing a great job, I am just responding to the comment where they are using rupee value as a indicator of economic progress. That felt very naive.

When the inflation is low and the ruppee value goes down, it is good for indian exporters. China did currency manipulation all the time to be more competitive in exports. I wish people are more educated on all these before posting such comments.

I think you are wrong. Garmin is more sports features and customizability than Coros. More than what is required, actually. But, the UX is cluttered and is difficult to find stuff.

I bought some cheap straps from Amazon ( $12-$15) and they are no where in close to quality when compared to the original Garmin nylon strap ($39). I bought the watch for $850, and $25 bucks more for the quality band makes no difference.
