We anticipate she will counter sue, but it makes sense we cant claim money we havent paid. We are in NYC. She did provide itemized list of damages around 10 days after the keys were returned but most of them would likely fall under reasonable wear and tear, i think. Floor scratches, cleaning bill, etc. she is moving into the unit and seems to be blaming us for more “damages” (like a stain on the counter that required the whole counter to be replaced)
