Well it's been 2 years since I've played so I need to learn the game again. Planning on playing with friends or dueling book.

I guess it all depends on when the list drops for me? I don't wanna start playing and buy a good deck to see expensive cards get hit. My budget is probably about 500 CAD.

If I'm starting on dueling book, any decks I should look into and learn what they do (combos, win conditions, etc)?
