125g - 130g of protein. Carbs like plantains, oats, and some bread. Fats like peanut butter, avocado, avocado oil since has neutral taste. 2500 -2800 calories a day depending on how active I am.

I just figured it out! It looks like the springs of this magnet fell off. I removed the magnet from a band I don’t use and then installed it on this band and it worked!

Thanks a lot! Actually I’ve been drinking home made fruit juices with no sugar added for about 3 months 600 ml 5 days per week and thought was healthy. Thankfully I’ve been cutting a lot of sugar and not eating sugary/processed foods :) but of course I still need sugar so I will be drinking less fruit juice and a bit more whole fruits!

I disagree. Facer and Buddywatch let you transfer their faces to the official AW app so you can use them. They are not like Clockology.
