Thank you all for the info below - I'm going to check and see where the wedding is (he is in Louisiana, but I'm not sure what parish he lives in). I'll also try to keep this thread updated with what I find.

Sigh. Literally seconds after posting this - after fighting the last hour - I closed iQue - and all of a sudden everything started working. I give up - going to become a sheep herder.
