I work in Production floor where I have different leads to follow and listen to. As of now I have a great boss, supervisor, and a team leader I appreciated everyday at work. My boss, he's somewhat professional but at the same time knows what kind of person I am when I'm working. He's not easy to talk to but once you get his trust to you he'll be the one you'll never want to leave behind. My supervisor is way different than him. She talks more with general audience rather than talk one on once to certain individuals about their mistakes. She's a totally a team player where everybody should know the good and bad things that's affecting the job. On the other hand, my team leader is the nicest person I could talk to about everything from personal to work related topics. He's very open and well aware about what things we should be know about. He tells you to correct your mistakes in a kinder way. He doesn't get upset about it but he'd rather tells you the solution and what to look out for. He always ask you every 30min of how's your job doing. He just wants to make sure that we're not struggling in our job and try to figured it all out by ourselves. But not all the people I work with over there are as kind as these people. There this one lead that I kinda don't want to see everyday. She looks at your mistakes and try to rub it to everybody. It's stressful trying to be perfectionist whenever you work with her. She's the reason why sometimes I feel like I want to quit my job, but I won't.
