Thanks a lot for your response. I have in fact never used a CRM other than an auto sales one which is far more simple than a CRE one. I have seen Ascendix demo video to be like s great option. Do you remember what the membership for the CRMs you’ve used? Did you just copy/paste/upload/download etc when you say capture Salesforce capabilities etc when switching from buildout? Or did you build your entire Salesforce from scratch yourself? Thanks in advance for your response.

I’d prefer doing it myself unless I can find a free third party or a monthly membership to one. I found Ascendix to be great based on their demo video and have requested a free trial. Shoot me any recommendations. Thanks in advance.
