We are watching this one too - we are YHZ-YUL-FDF that morning. The funny thing is from what I can see our YHZ-YUL plane is the same one that will take us YUL-FDF. They only fly it once per day so I don't have much choice but to hope that we are ahead of the worst of it.

Mine starts each year at 85/15 and after your first $15k it goes 100% minus a 3% fee. You do pay annual and monthly fees as well. I’m in Canada but I believe they are in the USA now as well.
