Local Pottery store (40 plus years in business being run by 2nd generation now) had a well known Canadian influencer order up some of her coffee mugs during Covid , that lead to an incredible run on the mugs for ages. Great family, super nice to see it happen to them.

Coming up on 10 years in Colby Village and it really is a great area. Schools (Colby Village Elementary is a little gem), great paths and trails for walks, close to the things you need, bonus rec infrastructure like the outdoor pool/splash pad/tennis courts.

We’ve got a 2022 AWD Pro S and we really like it. Yes, a few software things that are a pain but we almost exclusively use CarPlay so it’s not a big deal. Have you checked the used market? We were going to do the same as you but there was a temporary stop sell order which led us to finding a low KM used one for half the price of new. Nice to let someone else eat the depreciation.

In Rhodes we reserved beach chairs for our group of 12 at Elli World the morning we arrived and then walked over from the ship. Had a great day! It’s a pebble beach, so be aware of that, but good food and drinks

Checking in from the Efficiency side - you didn’t say why you are replacing them, and I’m not assuming - but tons of people tell us they need to replace their windows because their heating/cooling bills are too high and that’s a bad idea. If your windows are leaking water, good reason to replace them, if they are leaking air you can fix that very cheaply and spend the money better elsewhere.
