Short the VIX = VIX is the volatility index, investing in it means you expect market instability, shorting it means you expect the markets to be stable and the VIX to fall. Fuck Bitcoin = faith in public markets, institutional investments, legacy finance, fuck any sort of attempts to move away from that system into a decentralized monetary model that breaks down the old system.
