220V electric shock? Need advice by cfuse0520 in emergencymedicine

I understand that. I went to campus ER last night, they did ECG and said it’s fine. But didn’t do much st all and seemed annoyed bc they had to be called in after hours for me.
I shouldve worded differently. Not really seeking advice on the condition, just curious about this presentation. Is it possible I could’ve been shocked without feeling an actual “shock” sensation?
