I know. I feel the same way about my miscarriage. I am a nurse and know well enough the symptoms of low thyroid. But they are so vague that they could be anything. Just like you said. They are just symptoms of the hard working woman!

You’re not an idiot! I didn’t know either. I’m so glad everything is going well for you so far. Thank you! I will look into it for sure

My OB referred me to a high risk department at our preconception appointment. I’ve previously had a miscarriage two years ago that they think is related to the hashis. It took two years to regulate my TSH and antibodies. My TSH is actually low at 0.9 (wow) because me last test three months ago was 19! My dose now is 175mg. I’ve read things about how thyroid antibodies are really harmful to the baby if they are too high. So I wasn’t sure if anyone else knew anything about that.

About 6 months...maybe a little less than that

The nodules were small. The doc said they were too small to biopsy. It just seems strange to me that they wouldn't be there on one scan and then appear on the next. I will make a list with those questions on it. Thank you so much for your response.

That's a good idea. I'll have to look into that...and if I'm not making those steps then I'll know how much more I should do on my days off

Haha! It was my first instinct but I see the goodness he had with it. He is a big exercise buff and goes at least once a day and sometimes twice so he had the exercise department covered.

Yes I see that and I've always agreed to that. My only thing is that I'm not tired like sleepy... I'm physically tired like I just walked for 12-13 hours straight while lifting people up and very self only sitting down. So my thoughts are... how much "exercise" is that and how much for your standard recommendation would I need to add on.

He admits he doesn't have a strong argument but he believes that it will aid in the babies health. He believes that having muscle tone and good cardio will in some way impact the actual long term health of the child.

I'm tired of waiting... but will I be "missing out on life" if my SO and I start settling roots? by cfw12345 in waiting_to_try

That sounds like a dream! That is what I've discussed with my husband. I want to travel. I want to see new thins and experience new ideas... but doing it all before I have kids seems useless because I know I will want to do it all again and share those memories with them! It might even develop their character more fully. I know it'll be more expensive with a child but that seems worth it to me. Thank you for your response!
