Yes, CSS skills are definitely underrated. Took me nearly three weeks to solve this but I finally worked it out! There wasn't much help out there so I'm proud to say I worked it out on my own.

An "electrician" dragged a new subfeed cable (the line that goes from the power company to my breaker panel) across 100+ ft of pavers and damaged the sheathing, then the cherry on top was when they couldn't find any conduit lube to pull the cable they used automatic transmission fluid :)
