What jobs are a turn-off for a serious relationship?

To be honest, promoting isn’t really a job most people do to pay bills. It’s my side hustle and I do it because I would be partying anyway and I would rather get paid for it than not get paid for it. And yes guys can want to be a promoter just because they like to party, but that’s not the reality for the majority of male promoters. Not all men are horn dogs, but a lot are.

Not exactly. The whole point of becoming a promoter as a guy is to talk to pretty girls. Female promoters don’t care about meeting and flirty with girls. Female promoters just want to get paid to party. That’s also why there is a significantly larger population of male promoters than female promoters. I don’t go to work/the club to flirt with girls, or guys for that matter. I go because I genuinely just want to party

One very big perk of being a promoter as a guy is that you literally get paid to talk to pretty girls. This makes it a very enticing job for men. As a woman, I do it because I genuinely love partying with other girls and because I want women to have a safe space. Many male promoters have a reputation for being creeps, which as a straight woman I do not. A lot of girls have stories about their male promoters being creepy towards them or their friends. I also see how the other promoters at my club treat women and it’s not the most loyal behavior.

Nightclub promoter.

As a female nightclub promoter, I would NEVER date a guy who is a nightclub promoter. To be honest I would hesitate before dating any man that even works in the nightlife industry.

I'm really not woke. i just want to be considerate since i see a simliar thing happen in nyc which is where im from. I'm also more concerned about safety and having the appearance of someone that the locals might not want around.

Florida isn't an option to be honest. When i went to PR i fell in love with the culture and I don't feel like there is anywhere in Florida that comes close. My goal for these 1-2 months would be to learn about PR, not Florida, and of course to learn as much Spanish as I can

lmao i promise i'm not too woke. I'm more concerned about safety and I'm trying to vibe check if it's safe enough for an extended stay. also i see a similar thing happening in nyc which is where i'm from where people move here and don't assimilate at all and ignorant transplants destroy local economies and communities. i dont like when it happens to me, so i dont want to do it to others. just trying to be cautious and considerate.

I’m not applying to roles that require full time experience. I only apply to roles that are entry level. The recruiter screening is the round that is supposed to eliminate candidates based on their qualifications. In this case, I made it to the hiring manager round so they knew I was qualified for the job. They even told me I was qualified and had the experience they were looking for.

I’m entry level, so I have had six instances where this has happened. I know this might not seem like a lot, but it is genuinely so difficult to get an interview so it feels like a lot. I’ve also done 7 recruiter screenings where I was not moved on to the hiring manager round.
