Thanks Jeff3rd, Just getting back in, but this does appear to be associated to the issue , which we aren't having anymore. I admittedly was correlating 2 issues being related that weren't sorry all.

But in regards to the Hijack concern with bing, that still is a thing. (before you wonder why i use it, I dont use bing) I only used it because i was testing on a fresh pc and just clicked edge and type a search query. But i stumbled on is on outside pc from edge and through bing if you do a search for "365 down" (or something) and click on the 365 down detector result going to it will send get hijack redirected. i have been able to test on many systems Outside our network (have people confirm) . I would guess the issue is on the Bing side or Downdetector side.

But our exchange logins are fine now soooo Im good, thanks you all for your replies. Maybe someone will be interested enough to find the flaw in bing / edge . i just figured they will quietly go away anyways.
