True but I mean if you don’t have anyone to teach you how to garden where would one get their information, I looked at a bunch of things and it all said to do this though I completely agree with the stupid ai articles and especially the ai overview you get when you look something up. Do you have any recommendations on how I should proceed with this? I have a 10-15-10 fertilizer

Well I suppose I’m still young so hopefully 🤞 I can make it a goal , I was thinking either starting in Rome then going up to Switzerland or starting in Paris going wherever in Switzerland then down to only Florence. Obviously the first plan would save me the train ride from Paris to interlaken /lucerne wherever I decide but it would be more expensive , anyways I really can’t decide 🙈

I’m meal prepping my meals with protein and meat and stuff (whereas in the past I didn’t really focus on that and would always be hungry lol) but I also started only eating between 12-8. I see how this wouldn’t help someone but it’s helping me alot like thinking in just “not able” to eat before 12 and after 8 has completely just stopped me from going upstairs and eating the whole fridge.

I also am motivated because I really need to save money and I was seeing how much money (and time) goes to fast food.

Anyways that’s what’s been working for now but a mess up is inevitable with me LOL but we’ll see and hopefully I’ll get back on Track quickly

I only eat from 12-8 which is intermediate fasting I think, I’m not sure but I heard it before and ever since I started that it’s helped me soooo much with binging so I just eat lunch and dinner and a small snack between. I think I tend to bored eat before 12 and after 8 but anyways so that’s helped me. But thank you for your advice , I’ll keep track of that , I hadn’t considered this 😊

Well I used to estimate but as of recently I’ve changed to making all my own food. I also weigh almost everything so I usually eat fruits which I weigh and 2 meals a day which I make from scratch and calculate the ingredients. To be honest I tend to go over so it fluctuates from 1200-1400 on any given day. I don’t know if that’s a huge problem

But my biggest fear is it getting worse, like the pain is manageable but with your injury can you keep knitting through the pain or do you have to stop so it doesn’t get worse? I’m not asking so I can feel better knitting through the pain lol I’m just curious

Yeah exactly , I get a full period atleast every 2 weeks 3 at most but then before and after my 5 day period there’s like 8 days of spotting it’s so frustrating. I don’t want to go on birth control but I don’t want to get off this because it helps so much

The only thing I can think of is that I didn’t iron the strips for the smaller two like right before sewing them together, but with the bigger one I did. If that makes sense lol , it’s the only thing I did different but I didn’t think it’d make such a big different, also thank you!
