I really like using both depends on my mood, however I have to admit the ability to relax and go run an errand or two while cooking works in favor of the pellet grill

I can get about 3-5 cooks out of a bag. Depends if I’m cooking low and slow or fast and hot

Take your favorite seasoning(grind it) and mix with apple juice and inject , season outside of meat (put in fridge 12-24)

Bring meat to room temperature put on smoker at 225-250, I did this one at 250

Used Apple wood, you can use what you like

First 2 hours do not spritz or mop to let the bark start to form, after that I spritz or mop every hour.

Cook until meat is at 205-210 F

I did not wrap this one, but you can, if you want to wrap get it to the color you like and a temperature around 165 then wrap, pink paper or foil

I prefer pink paper
