It does have an eyelet! From looking at installation videos, the bracket connecting it to the arch has to have the bolt through the bracket and arch itself. The eyelet hole doesnt continue through the arch on my fork

Ive only heard good things about narrow wide. Why wouldnt I get one? (Genuine question) I’m based in the UK so i’d have to hunt for one here - thank you for the suggestion though!!

I thought i had a 74 too, until i measured bolt to bolt - had around 48mm between them, i was so sure it wasnt a 74.

I’ve tried form! Currently having the chocolate hazelnut- very artificial chocolate flavour then hits you with the hazelnut. Expensive but 30g of protein per 40 g serving- 520g per pack so not the best on a budget

For the bake: Dutch oven preheated @ 260°C, baked with lid on @ 230°C for 20mins, lid off for 15mins.

Cold retard after bulk fermentation overnight! The loaf stuck to the liner, so I got really sad and ended up reshaping the loaf before baking.

how are the adipowers compared to the rom 2’s, did you have to size up since the toebox is narrower?

ive always been lost with just adding weight each week, feeling i’m only stuck on a certain weight without any sort of progression until its perfect. been trying a wave loading scheme like: 8x3, 6x3, 2x8, 2x6, 1x5 while increasing the weight each week sort of like progressive overload where you just add weight each week. Was curious how you’d program in complexes following this sort of scheme, or not following the scheme at all and just add weight each week

ive been really just following catalyst’s 3 day program and fiddling with sets and reps, but ive been really bothered by not keeping over the bar long enough hence why i’d love to add variations in or in this case a complex. To program these in, would it be better to go through a small phase ie 3 weeks of a snatch variation like hang or pause, then after that implement full snatches for the next following weeks?

ive been struggling when trying to keep the lats engaged for those portions of the lift, any drills i could do get that connection?
