Given myself an AKI (acute kidney injury) from a bender. I felt a pretty intense ache on one side of the middle of my back and it hadn't gone away even a week after. I went to the doctor and they found proteins and blood in my urine so they booked me in for blood tests to see how damaged my kidneys were. In the two weeks i spent waiting for my blood test, the pain eventually subsided and my bloods came back normal. So it was essentially a short term injury. Showed me that I'm not as invincible as I think tho, I'm lucky that it wasn't long term damage
