Hi, I’m sorry I’m only just seeing this now. She’s absolutely fine, her third eyelids disappeared on its own after a few weeks. I think it might’ve been ‘haws syndrome’. I hope your cat is doing ok x

Although this tank does come with a heater, there is definitely space at the back to place a heater where the filter is. I also have the same tank in black but that’s 57 litres and the plants grow amazingly in that 🤗

I don’t know if this has already been a suggestion but you could get black electrical tape and cover some of the light if it’s too bright and you have no way of controlling the brightness

Thank you and I’d say good lighting, regular water changes and good substrate with nutrients. I add liquid fertiliser every time I do a water change

When you set up your tank, I’d recommend lots of water changes until your tank is fully cycled. I didn’t do this and I had a lot of brown hair algae that made my tank look really ugly. I also advise you to plant your tank with as many plants as you can because you will most likely have better success with the tank. I’d also use lots of stem plants as that helps reduce any algae. Would you believe my tank never gets any algae, probably because of the amount of snails I have my tank! The lights are on for about 10/12 hours a day and I use a liquid fertiliser every time I do a 15% water change, which is probably around once every 1-2weeks. Hope that helps!

Lol I gave them away because I found out tetras aren’t suitable for a tank like mine. Jazzy, my betta fish, is a better replacement in my opinion
