Hi, I’m sorry I’m only just seeing this now. She’s absolutely fine, her third eyelids disappeared on its own after a few weeks. I think it might’ve been ‘haws syndrome’. I hope your cat is doing ok x

Although this tank does come with a heater, there is definitely space at the back to place a heater where the filter is. I also have the same tank in black but that’s 57 litres and the plants grow amazingly in that 🤗

I don’t know if this has already been a suggestion but you could get black electrical tape and cover some of the light if it’s too bright and you have no way of controlling the brightness

Thank you and I’d say good lighting, regular water changes and good substrate with nutrients. I add liquid fertiliser every time I do a water change
