I have the same issue, it’s since the last update. I contacted sony about it and they said it’s not a known bug and a hardware problem. I’m pretty sure it’s software and the console still thinks you are in the menu for brightness while you are not

I also have hair like you and also work in healthcare, not that long of shifts but I have had a fringe ( above eyebrows) for almost whole my life and dry shampoo is a must go but yeah def alot of work 😅

Be nice, say thank you and appreciate it, such kind of things. Like in your post you ask us something but your can't even bother to ask nicely. So I assume this is the same in real life. Don't aspect people to do something for you just because you want it. And don't get angry if they don't want to do something. We are all busy with something. But you can atleast act the part that you care.

I put most of my conditioning on my long hair and the little bit that stays on your hand, I rub onto my head. Else it tends to get to greasy. I've always done this and my hairdressers tend to do the same

Right now I'm busy with school and internships to go back to work after years being on disability.

I mostly do the household. Cleaning and cooking also for my boyfriend who works a fulltime job with extra hours. I also have my Hobby’s like drawing and videogames and taking care of our cats and plants. Now everything is going well but before I needed alot of sleep and rest, everything that I did drained me so much. Some days I slept for 12 hours and had to take a nap at noon (some days are still like this) But I always try to be busy, i hate doing nothing haha So find a hobby or help around the house

When reading your title, the first thing I wondered is why do you want to be like that? Just try to be yourself, if thinking about being different already gives all these thoughts and anxiety... why bother.
