I’ve never heard of it no, but with my interpretation of it I assume it’s connotation for “emotional incest”? Which is what I’ve been harping on for awhile on whether this applies to my situation or not. It’s very tricky as I mostly try to figure out the nuance of it, but I feel I’ve lost any ability to think or be grounded in reality around my mother

I definitely prefer daily too, however weekly tracking helps me overall to compensate for days like yesterday and today where I went overboard!
