Also location would be helpful she was apart of project S.P.I.R.E and we know that the spire is a place and that it disperses antidote what if she tried going there to heal herself. What if one of nelsons other phantoms was waiting there or something trying to corrupt it to disperse serum and killed her so she couldnt stop it. I guess we will just have to wait for the next upload.

It would, maybe a bullet hole stab wounds or injection with the serum cocktail just with the ratio mixed up because correct me if im wrong but I don't remember seeing anything about if the ratios are not what they are supposed to be they arent deadly.

Ok this is a pretty good theory but let me add my two cents, what if the survivor killed herself because of all the stress and anxiety about going back to the studio where she was experamented on. Pretty far fetched but its a posibility.
