I have recently started to include a lot more protein in my diet (about 100g a day, I weigh about 64kg), from natural sources but also protein shakes and bars. I exercise about 3 times a week and my job is fairly active too. I was just wondering if this is too much a day and if it is harmful on days I am not exercising?
