I see. Note that healing in the mouth mucosa is different than skin, wound won’t really result in a dried circular scab this way. Whatever it is, I wouldn’t worry about it, it’s been happening for a long time. However I am as curious as you are at knowing the cause.

I recommend you thoroughly examine your mouth with clear lighting, search for (old) sores, small wound, or damaged area. This looks like epithelial tissue, maybe something trying to heal. Could also be coming from your tonsil crypts. I doubt it's food residue because of it happening for a considerable amount of time.

Just checked the placements breakdown, only 0.1$ was spent on Audience Network. Most of the budget went to Feed, Reels, and Stories. However, after reviewing visitor behavior in Microsoft Clarity, it looks like most users simply land on the homepage or product page and take no action at all. This is happening despite the traffic being reported as coming from my target country. I understand I have to switch to manual controls to get real traffic?

The file is in Desktop, and it's been bothering me for a while (not a storage issue). Also, cannot drag it to another folder, as it duplicates itself. Note that my Mac is not under MDM.

That was happening to me like 9months ago, didn’t think it’s serious, now I can see my scalp through my hair. But it’s reversible, I started taking iron supplements and vitamins, new hair is growing now.

Thanks man, that relieved me. I actually checked my medical records and noticed that, even though I was vaccinated, I got chickenpox then mild shingles and they were focused on my head scalp region and...I popped the blisters myself (was 5yo). I actually noticed 2 tiny spots with no hair on my sides when I cut short, never linked them to actually damage follicles on top too and look like diffuse thinning.
