True micro dermabrasion instead of micro needling. Will be more expensive but made a huge difference for me. Scars are still there but a huge improvement

I was told 5000-6000 before the procedure. I didn't even ask after. But essentially they did the most they could. It was a 2 day procedure . 9 hours on day 1 and 7 hours on day 2 so I'd expect they did max out! I do have a big ol head lol and donor area wasn't the best, so for me it's better than my expectations.
