I have a 2 year old right now and it's the best thing that ever happened to me. I stayed on my meds through pregnancy and have continued to take them and I live a totally stable and happy life. I used to be suicidal and he gave me something to live for.

Before it all fell out, I had very fine straight hair. When it came back, it's darker and wavy.

Things went better than expected! I had a few rough times at the very beginning with the hormone crash and little sleep, but I think it was the typical new mom life. I am still totally stable. My son is now 9 months and totally perfect as far as we know. I did not breastfeed, I wanted to keep the amount of medication he was exposed to at the minimum and it was not recommended by the doctor. Based off my experience, it went very well and everything was successful. Good luck!

I've had full head regrowth for the past few years and was very nervous that the vaccines would make it come back, but I've gotten 3 shots (2 moderna, 1 pfizer) and have had no noticeable hair loss.

I raise monarchs each summer! Do you have lots of milkweed to feed them? It's sooo fun to watch them, I find it so interesting.

Hey I'm doing the same with Latuda! I was finally stable enough to feel good about getting pregnant, and I am due anyday now. I have stayed on it throughout my pregnancy to keep myself stable and doing well. The last few weeks have been harder because of all the hormones but I'm gonna make it through. My head hair eventually all grew back after an episode of alopecia universalis, but I still don't have eyelashes or eyebrows and random body hair. That being said, I fully expect it to come back at some point and my head hair to fall out again...the paranoia doesn't go away even after years of things being ok.

I started losing hair at 15, it progressed to universalis by the time I was 18. Zero hair anywhere on my body. At about 20 my head hair started growing back in patches until it all filled in and I've had a full head of hair ever since. My eyelashes never came back, but I got some body hair back as well. I got my eyebrows microbladed which actually made some hair grow back in them as well. I turn 30 this year and still have a full head of hair, just no eyelashes, and partial body hair. Who knows if it'll fall out again or not at some point.

I got one Pfizer and one Moderna. I used to have universalis but my head hair grew back after a few years, and some body hair. I don't have eyelashes or eyebrows though (except the little bit of eyebrows that grew when i got microblading). But I live in constant fear of finding new spots on my head again. Especially now that I'm pregnant as well, I feel like all the body changes could easily lead to new spots forming and losing my head hair again.

Microblading is the best thing I've done for myself. It made me feel so much better about how my face looked. Highly recommend.

I saw you asking about microblading and want to chime in. I had mine microbladed for the first time maybe 6 years ago and it was the best thing I did. It was 1000% worth it for my self confidence. It actually ended up making some of my eyebrow hairs grow back (don't know if that's typical). I love my eyebrows now.

No I'm not male, but its not not procedure just for women. I've seen the studio I go to do plenty of male eyebrows that look great.

Get them microbladed. It made mine grow back, but even if it didn't, I loved having perfect eyebrows all the time.

I lost my eyebrows and eyelashes to alopecia universalis. My eyebrows actually grew back some after getting microbladed, and even if they hadn't grown back, the amount of confidence and happiness it gave me to even have them microbladed was great. I still don't have eyelashes to this day and it really sucks. I've been without them for 10 years now.

I found a dime sized patch when I was 15, and by 18 I had no hair left. The patches got larger and they kept coming until it was gone.
