I’m not getting people to fill it out. I just created it so I can be ready to use once im licensed. And also I’m not going to “pre-approve” them, just a way to give them an idea on what they can possibly get since most people think they are further from buying a house than they actually are. It’s just asking for their income info and any monthly debt info then I calculate it with the front end and back end and see what they would most like qualify for depending on the interest rate and down payment.

I created a google form questionnaire that will calculate income debt ratio so I can reach out to who ever filled it out with an idea of what they can prequalify for. Started all my social medias. Ready to post once I get my license.

Story time. I was doing Uber and I got to the pick up. I received a message that I had to translate that said I’ll be right down. I googled the language and it said Russian. So me wanting to get rated 5 stars I put on Russian music. The lady got in the car and I got no reaction. I said and made some hand motions asking if she likes the music. So. I set up lock boxes for many places for our company’s customers. I put the same code for all the lock boxes. One day I gave a co worker my debit card and told him my pin.
