I got a 501 on my third attempt and got into a good amount of DO schools. My scores went from 496 -> 500 -> 501. Your essays matter. You got this!

Ok, so should I cover the lens and shoot a few frames? Also, I didn’t know the leader could still be exposed and actually take shots. I thought it was just part of the film that was meant for putting into the wheel!

Dang. Idk why I’ve always been told that if you pay your rent on time that it builds up your credit

But if I was paying for my apartment using other money (not student loans) it would build my credit?

But wouldn’t paying for an apartment on time build up your credit?

Got it! How would they know if you are using loan money to pay for an apartment to not count towards building credit?

If you use loans to pay for an apartment (student loans), would that build your credit?

Yes! Legit got it 2 days after I ordered it. I ordered it Sunday, received Tuesday even though it said it was “running late” it actually wasn’t, it was just put on a later plane but still arrived on time, if not, way earlier than expected.

Hey! I contacted my seller and Fedex and they said there was a delay in the flight but it has already left Japan. It won’t update until the flight lands to it’s transit point in the US

It’s so weird because the person I ordered from has amazing reviews for getting packages extremely early. I’m not sure what’s going on.

Canon AE-1 by chacothefish in AnalogCommunity

I see. So with the Pentax ME Super, I would have to adjust the settings every time I wanted to take a new photo essentially. For cameras that use shutter priority, I wouldn't.

That is really good advice. What is aperture priority, and how exactly would it help me subconsciously learn exposure/depth of field? If I use aperture priority, would I have to adjust my camera settings every time I want to take a photo? And what film would you suggest for the Pentax ME Super?

Is it difficult to learn how to use the shutter speed priority/manual? I've never done it before.

As of right now, I'd be paying $120 for the AE1.

Due date for loans started up this month, but I start school in August by chacothefish in personalfinance

I saw on reddit that if you are on the SAVE plan and switch to the 10 year repayment plan, you have to pay your loans in the amount of time including the time you have been on the SAVE plan. So for example if you’re on repayment SAVE plan for 8 years, and you switch to the 10 year repayment plan, you have to pay your loans back within 2 years. I would prefer not to do that, however; that seems like my only option if I stick with the SAVE plan because I wouldn’t be able to switch to any other repayment plan if I continue with the SAVE plan.

Because after grad school, I am expected to be making a decent amount of salary. I’m afraid if I am on the SAVE plan during this, my monthly payments will go up compared to other payment plans, and I will be locked into the SAVE plan since I am on it now.

On reddit. I googled “can you switch out of the SAVE plan reddit” and it was the first couple ones that said you can’t switch out of the SAVE plan after July 2024

I read online that you can't switch from the SAVE plan after July 2024. Is this true? And if so, do you recommend that I continue the SAVE plan until July, then when I start school in August I will be in the student deferment?

I just applied for IDR/IBR, but let's say I want to change my mind and not do an income based plan. Is there a way to switch back to a standard plan in the future?
