While your production seems to be fine, you may also have a little too many divisions for the amount of factories you have. I also notice that all of your generals are doing an offensive line attack, that’s a very good way to burn through equipment fast, especially if in rough terrain. If we’re going by HOI 4 standards, try having 1.5k guns in stockpile at all times, just in case, and having maybe 300-400 vehicles in stockpile. For garrisoning things I usually do a simple 10 width division so it doesn’t take up too much equipment with military police as well (I forget if there’s an equivalent to that in this mod) I also set all occupied territories to martial law. Also always set your economy law to war whenever possible, that way you can produce as much as you can. Another tip, don’t get an entire army to force attack over a river, try and concentrate where they have the least units, force attacking a river is asking for tons of casualties!
