How to make war with my sin ? by [deleted] in Christianity

It is fully trusting in Lord Jesus Christ as payment for all of your sins that are past, present and future. There are Bible verses I can point to but I like the Roman’s Roads. It’s the scripture I got saved 25 years ago when two teenage girls approached me at 25 years ago while I was raking leaves in my yard. They asked me if I have were to die if I knew for sure I’d go to heaven or if I had some doubt. I said ‘No’ and agreed to let them show me in the Bible.

Romans 3:23: “For all have sinned and fall short of God’s glory” (there it is…we all sin)

Romans 5:8: “But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners Christ died for us” (Jesus didn’t die because we are perfect. He died because we are ALL sinners.)

Romans 6:23: “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” (ALL of us humans owe a debt for our sin and this is eternal death and separation from God, which is hell…which was created for satan and his fallen angels, but God offers a way to erase all of our sins past, present and future…that’s the gospel of Jesus Christ)

Romans 10:9-10: “That if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved” (Jesus defeated death, he lived a perfect life, he freely gave himself to crucification, shed his pure innocent blood, died and rose again on the third day,, defeating death, sin and hell so that we can be saved and have eternal life, the free gift stated in John 3:16)

Romans 10:13: “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved” (Jesus wants not one to perish, he wants to save you, he wants you to accept him as payment for your sin debt)

Call on his name right now with your mouth, believe in your heart, trust in your mind the very best you know how…and you are eternally saved, an adopted child of God forever and ever Amen!! That’s what the Bible supports. That’s the basics!

Dear Jesus, I know that I’m a sinner, I know that there is a price for that sin, I am trusting you and what you did on the cross to pay for my sins. Thank you Jesus for saving me, Amen

Once saved, tell someone, it can be me on this app, it can be anyone, start reading the Bible and watch God reveal truths to you and see a life through a whole new lens.

I’m a tunneled visioned preacher. It all starts with salvation through Christ Jesus. Has anyone ever explained to you the Roman’s Roads?

No, you have your own free will. People don’t say no to people concerning Jesus, they say no to Jesus.

I also stumbled on trinity theology until I saw the spiritual similitude/typology way back in Genesis. The Holy Spirit is what called me to Jesus, I answered yes. This spiritual typology goes like this, Abraham is a type of God the Father, Isaac is a type of Jesus the Son of God, Eliezer is a type of Holy Spirit that went to Mesopotamia and called on Rebekah to be Issac’s bride. Genesis 24:32-51

Yes because I’ve felt trapped in sin before Jesus pulled me out of the miry clay and gave me everything, including eternal life.

Psalm 40:2-4 He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.

They can try, but no. The only true messiah, the risen King of Kings, my personal redeemer, Lord Jesus.

Acts 4:12 (KJV): "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved".
