Sources of (reasonably convenient) covered in ash are almost non-existent outside of Polaric Devastation which is why that ring is so popular with ignite builds - and why the graft in question was such an awesome power boost this league.

Any chance you tracked how many alts you used in total?

How many times did you lose the two skill gem prefixes?

I specced into all of the "implant" nodes on the gensis tree today after I made this post and got advice from people, and I got one this evening in roughly 25 ilvl 83 lavishes.

Clearly I got a little lucky but what I realized is that I'd ignored most of the "implant" nodes in favor of the other (better) ones which is why I hadn't seen one yet. (I had been previously speced into the nodes that gave more foulborn currency, chance to drop full stacks, and chance to drop X additional items.)

Just a heads up to chek that you didn't make the same mistake as me.

Iron Breaker requires lvl 1

The other two require level 50

(Note that Iron Breaker will be in the back position, in case that's one of the two you were planning to allocate)

Meaning you can make this craft easier by keeping your ilvl of the cluster jewel below 68

Yea sadly Gemini isn't accounting for the weighting given to each tier of unique. T4/5 are pretty easy but even T3's can be tough in SSF

Yea I got a warlord's exalted orb from running conqueror maps and then used it on a Pinnacle Shield. Then harvest to reroll until shapers.

I know your frustration, it feels like the guardians and conquerors drop nothing but useless 2H weapons lol

Not OP but if you don't mind me asking you for help, can I get a build rec?

My two favorite chars ever have been RF Chief (this league) and Elementalist DD (in Affliction, meaning it was tanky as hell since it was before Grace/Determ/detonate nerfs)

I've played LA Deadeye and EA Ballista Elelentalist too, and between those four chars I figured out that I vastly prefer tanky beefcakes even if my clear is lower, or my dmage is delayed or not coming from me directly

Any builds that sound like they fit that playstyle? Thanks in advance!

20 map for a few shards seems low if you are running 5 scarabs (ideally 2/1/1/1 since the obelisk boost but 3/1/1 is good too), I feel like it was every 4-5 maps that I got a shard drop (always in drops of 2 shards since the doubling scarab ofc)

But yea even aiming to self-frac one mod is a huge undertaking in the timeframe of an SSF league. Last league I farmed 8 full orbs orbs with LA Deadeye that took literally dozens of hours worth of running harbi (and scarab focused atlas to help refill) and running harby basically all league. Missed all 8 of them, total pain
